Payments are not taken on this website
The PujaKarma website does not collect payments. Any payment for a booking is agreed directly with our team after your booking details are confirmed.
Terms are shared before you pay
Because rituals differ greatly, from a short home puja to a multi-day jaap or an ancestral rite in Varanasi, cancellation and refund terms depend on the booking. Before you make any payment, we will tell you in writing (usually on WhatsApp):
- what the price covers, and what it does not;
- whether any part of the payment is non-refundable, for example samagri already purchased or travel already arranged;
- how rescheduling works if your plans change;
- the notice period for cancellation, if applicable.
Rescheduling
If you need to change the date, please let us know as early as possible. We will do our best to rearrange with the Pandit, subject to availability and the muhurat.
If we cannot fulfil a booking
If a confirmed puja cannot go ahead for reasons on our side and no suitable alternative is agreed with you, we will discuss a fair resolution in line with the terms shared at booking.
