KPHB Colony, the Kukatpally Housing Board Colony, is a large planned residential area laid out in phases in north-west Hyderabad. With its grid of residential roads, independent houses, apartments and busy commercial stretches, it has long been one of the most familiar neighbourhoods in the city.
Many families have lived in KPHB for decades, and a new generation now shares the colony with students and professionals. It is well connected by the metro and main roads to Ameerpet, Miyapur and HITEC City.
