• Silver or copper Naga Nagin pair
• Raw milk and Gangajal

Kaal Sarp Dosh Puja vidhi, step by step

1. 1Purification and Ganesh puja. The Pandit performs achaman and pavitrikaran, followed by worship of Lord Ganesha.
2. 2Sankalp. A sankalp is taken with your name, gotra, birth details if shared, and the intention of the shanti.
3. 3Kalash and Navagraha sthapana. A kalash is established and the Navagraha are installed, with Rahu and Ketu given special focus.
4. 4Naga Nagin puja. A silver or copper Naga Nagin pair is worshipped with milk, flowers, turmeric and akshat.
5. 5Rahu Ketu mantra jaap. Rahu and Ketu beej or Vedic mantras are recited for the agreed count.
6. 6Rudrabhishek or Mahamrityunjaya jaap. Lord Shiva is offered abhishek with water, milk and bilva leaves, often with Mahamrityunjaya mantra.
7. 7Homam (optional). A homam may be performed with offerings for Rahu, Ketu and the Navagraha.
8. 8Visarjan, aarti and daan. The Naga pair is respectfully immersed in flowing water, such as the Ganga, as per custom, followed by aarti and daan.
