A traditional Shiva puja in which Shivlings are shaped by hand from clean clay, worshipped with abhishek and later respectfully immersed.
Kannada families call it Parthiva Lingarchana. North Indian families often keep it through the Shravan Mondays, and some Maharashtrian families make many small lingas together as a family.
