What is Pradosh Vrat Puja?
Evening worship of Lord Shiva on Trayodashi, the thirteenth lunar day, performed during the twilight window known as pradosh kaal.
Shani Pradosha, when Trayodashi falls on a Saturday, and Soma Pradosha on a Monday are considered especially important. Tamil families know it as Pradosham and often begin with worship of Nandi.
