What is Narasimha Puja?
Worship of Lord Narasimha, the protective man-lion avatar of Vishnu, traditionally performed for protection and on Narasimha Jayanti.
The Pandit performs abhisheka, tulasi archana and recites Narasimha Kavacha or stotras, with panaka offered as naivedya in South Indian custom. A Narasimha or Sudarshana Homa can be added where the venue allows.
